HYHK Volunteer Program

Get involved with your community as a horticulture volunteer with HYHK!

HYHK Volunteer Program

Join the HYHK Volunteer Program and make a positive impact in your community by helping to maintain greener and more beautiful streets and public spaces. As a volunteer, you'll receive hands-on training from our expert horticultural staff and learn essential skills like tree planting, care, pruning, mulching, and soil maintenance. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to nurture local plants and trees, and have the chance to connect with your neighbors and your community. Volunteers are asked to commit at least six hours per month to support these efforts and must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
